Where else can you find such a harbor in a fascinating tropical seascape as JOLLY HARBOUR? It simply doesn't exist anywhere in the world, because where else would you find the many coconut palms, the splendor of a wide variety of flowers and a glassy sea with strong north-easterly winds? With the exception of the 100-meter-wide entrance channel, one of the most beautiful Caribbean beaches has remained untouched. The daily glowing red sunset on the western horizon lets the neighboring islands of Nevis and St. Kitts light up one last time before you surrender to the evening social whirlwind of happiness in the harbor of the same name.
Community contributions:
All landowners, tenants of the commercial centre, sports facilities, marina and dockyard pay a contribution that helps finance public costs such as street lighting, irrigation of the gardens with appropriate personnel, security and guard services, garbage collection and other general services for the community. The current contribution of 120 US dollars per month cannot under any circumstances be increased by more than 10% per year. If the established income is not sufficient, the landowning company must cover the difference from its own resources.
